What exactly is blocked in Starter?
Starter does not include Client Contacts, Customer Support, Email Marketing, Events, Rentals, Monthly Expenses, Monthly Revenue, Social Media Marketing, or Admin tools. Starter still includes the main dashboard, account/subscription pages, contacts, orders, pipeline, POS, and inventory.
How many users are included?
Starter and Growth are intended for one primary workspace user. Scale includes shared non-admin dashboard access for up to 5 workplace users on the same team.
How many products, customers, orders, or invoices can they manage?
There are no hard record caps currently enforced in the app for products, customers, orders, or receipts/invoices. Plan limits are based on dashboard modules and team access, not record count.
Is support included?
The in-app Customer Support module starts on Growth and is also included in Scale. Starter users can manage core CRM, POS, inventory, and order work, but the support desk is blocked.
Does the POS work on mobile?
Yes. RushDesk is built as an installable responsive PWA, so the POS can be used from desktop, tablet, or mobile browsers.
Are reports included?
Starter includes the main dashboard view. Growth and Scale include the dedicated Monthly Expenses and Monthly Revenue reporting pages.
Are rental modules only in Scale?
No. Rentals are included in Growth and Scale. Starter does not include the rental module.
Are Wave payments only for subscriptions?
No. Wave is used for subscription checkout, and merchants can also collect customer payments through POS/order payment flows when their Wave payment link or payment integration is configured.
